What colors are available?

The Original Rainbow contains red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple sticky notes.

Are your products accessible to visually impaired users?

Our design process prioritizes accessibility for visually impaired and low vision individuals. Braille became a fundamental aspect of our packaging and design, ensuring every word was accessible via Braille. We partner with manufacturing and work diligently to follow Unified English Braille (UEB) 2 standards.

Shipping + Returns

What is your return policy?

Due to our limited production, we don’t accept returns or exchanges at this time.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase please contact us at and we’ll do our best to make it right! Damaged products must be addressed within 7 days of receiving. We stand behind our products and will do everything we can to help.

All refunds will be issued as store credit.

Where do you ship?

Currently, we only offer shipping to the continental US.

Do you offer free or flat rate shipping?

Shipping rates are determined at checkout by a third-party shipping service based on the order details. This helps us charge customers the exact amount that a shipping carrier, such as USPS or FedEx, will charge you when you purchase a shipping label.

What is your shipping method?

In the U.S., we ship via USPS and UPS in 7-10 business days. Shipping times start once your order ships. Our processing time is 1-2 business days.

What should I do if my package is missing?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company, your neighbors or the local post office. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered,” or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
